For this reason, and in line with what is now standard practice, when booking accommodation, in addition to the usual details (name, address, telephone number) we require a valid credit card from which we take a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per room per night. In the unfortunate event of cancellation, please be aware that additional charges are also levied, and these are set out in detail on the Booking page.

Booking Information

Flamborough Manor We are members of Wolsey Lodges, a consortium of private houses offering relaxed and comfortable accommodation with a personal touch. For further information, a copy of our own brochure, or a copy of the current Wolsey Lodges guide, which covers all the United Kingdom, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail or post. We have no hard-and-fast rules regarding arrival and departure times, but, in general, most guests arrive between 4 and 6 pm. If you are going to be later or earlier than this, we would be grateful for prior warning. We would ask that you vacate your room before 11 am to allow for the room to be prepared for following guests. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate small children (generally under 8 years old). For long weekends (those involving a Public Holiday) we can only accept a minimum of two nights' booking. If wishing to book accommodation it is easier and faster to telephone. As we have only two guests' bedrooms, cancellations affect us more than would be the case for larger Guest houses. As we do not have a liquor licence, guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. £47.00 per person per night £42.00 per person per night £54.00 per person per night £23.50 per person per night CANCELLATIONS We are members of Wolsey Lodges, a consortium of private houses offering relaxed and gracious accommodation with a personal touch. If you have to cancel please remember that a contract exists between you and the Wolsey Lodge with whom you have made a booking. The Wolsey Lodge will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation but your deposit of £20 per room per night will not be refunded because of the administrative costs of making the booking and the re-letting. It is Wolsey Lodges’ policy that, should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable for 30% of the total charges (less the deposit already paid) if you cancel within 28 days from the start of your visit, 60% (less deposit) within 13 days and 80% (less deposit) if you cancel within 48 hours. "No- shows" are liable for 100% of the total charges.
