Tariff and Booking Conditions

The Manor House, Flamborough

We are members of Wolsey Lodges, a consortium of private houses offering relaxed and comfortable  accommodation with a personal touch. For further information, a copy of our own brochure, or a copy of the current Wolsey Lodges guide, which covers all the United Kingdom, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail or post.

We have no hard-and-fast rules regarding arrival and departure times, but, in general, most guests arrive between 4 and 6 pm. If you are going to be later or earlier than this, we would be grateful for prior warning. We would ask that you vacate your room by 11 am to allow for the room to be prepared for following guests. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate small children (generally under 8 years old). For long weekends (those involving a Public Holiday) we can only accept a minimum of two nights' booking. We welcome well-behaved dogs; however, we would be grateful if, when making a booking, you could mention that you would like your pet to accompany you.

If wishing to book accommodation it is easier and faster to telephone. As we have only two guests' bedrooms, cancellations affect us more than would be the case for larger Guesthouses. Because of this, may we respectfully draw your attention to our Cancellation Policy (below)

Winter Breaks Special Offer

If you are just interested in accommodation in Flamborough at the Manor House, we have a separate site devoted solely to staying with us. This separate Manor House site is optimized for viewing on NetBooks and smaller screens but does not contain all the information available on this site.

TARIFFS

The rates shown below are  per person per night , including a full English breakfast. As we do not have a liquor licence, guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. As we have only two guests' bedrooms, cancellations affect us more than would be the case for larger Guesthouses. Because of this, can we respectfully draw your attention to our cancellation policy, shown below. We welcome well-behaved dogs; however, we would be grateful if, when making a booking, you could mention that you would like your pet to accompany you.

TARIFF 2012
Double room, ensuite bathroom £49.00 per person per night
Double room, private bathroom £44.00 per person per night
Single use of double room £56.00 per person per night

CANCELLATIONS

We are members of Wolsey Lodges, a consortium of private houses offering relaxed and gracious accommodation with a personal touch. If you have to cancel please remember that a contract exists between you and the Wolsey Lodge with whom you have made a booking. The Wolsey Lodge will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation but your deposit of £20 per room per night will not be refunded because of the administrative costs of making the booking and the re-letting. It is Wolsey Lodges’ policy that, should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable for 30% of the total charges (less the deposit already paid) if you cancel within 28 days from the start of your visit, 60% (less deposit) within 13 days and 80% (less deposit) if you cancel within 48 hours. "No-shows" are liable for 100% of the total charges.

Please Note: this is a non-smoking house

The Links Page :

As the range of our activities is so diverse, we have a number of different websites. The main Flamborough Manor site, which is where you are now, focuses primarily on accommodation but has brief details of all our other activities. To allow for more information to be presented on these other activities, there are other self-contained web-sites and some of the links you will encounter while browsing these pages will take you to these separate sites.

All our web-sites have a LINKS page in common, which allows for easy navigation between the various sites. To find out where you are, or to return to the main site, simply go to the LINKS page.
